TMEIC, TOSHIBA MITSUBISHI-ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS CORPORATION, was established in October 2003, by integrating the industrial systems businesses of Toshiba Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. Each company contributed their industrial systems, power electronics and rotating machinery expertise and capability to create a world class business based on the industry knowledge, engineering expertise and application experience built up in the long history of two much respected, global leaders. TMEIC can serve customers in a broad array of industrial electric products and state of the art automation systems offering comprehensive solutions for their production processes.

In 2014, TMEIC became the first Japanese company to receive Frost & Sullivan’s 2014 Global Company of the Year Award in recognition of its outstanding performance and technological innovation in the PC inverter business.

At this years’ exhibition, TMEIC display actual flagship mode of PV central Inverter “Solar Ware Samurai” that received award in the Photovoltaic category of Intersolar Award 2014. TMEIC was one of three winners selected from more than 200 companies in 2014—and was the first manufacturer from Asia to earn this distinction.
